Shipping Questions

• Do you ship to me? And how much does it cost?

• I ship most places and all my shipping fees are flat rate. This is a benefit to you if you are ordering more than one piece. I prefer to charge shipping separate so that I can keep the price of individual products lower. Shipping is somewhere between $8 and $30 depending on what country you are in. If you cannot check out, I haven’t added your country and feel free to send me a message at memorialglassbydc@gmail.com

• Is shipping discreet?

• I use white unlabeled boxes and blue unlabeled envelopes. There is no reason for anyone to know what is inside unless they look up my company name from the return address.

• Is your packaging eco friendly?

• I do my best to limit plastic waste. In my life and in my business. My packing is simple and biodegradable. Even the tape I use is plant based. If your item arrives wrapped in plastic, it may be extra fragile and require special packing. Usually plastic packaging I have is reused from supplies I have received.
