I would love to do a crescent moon in the center drip, and crushed opal on the two side drips. Colors: IOStar for the cloud, and Aquamania for the drips (maybe one or two clear? If you think that would look better?)
Honestly feel free to do whatever of those teals color combination in your expertise will look best- I just want to stick to those shades and include a moon in the center and some crushed opal.
