Functional glass pipes for smoking herb.
The Dichro isn’t perfect, this is from our first batch of Dichro layered tubing made in our shop. There are small areas where the sparkle is burnt and not as shiny. I’ve tried to show those spots in the pictures, as well as placing them under the pipe or in the bowl where it will be covered by resin anyway.

Torchworked borosilicate glass sculpture made by Deanna Cook. Fully annealed hard glass is still at risk of breaking if poorly handled.
Lab Opals are the only kind compatible with glass encasement.
Vac Stacks and Tube Preparation done by Scott Cook.
Gold lustre is fired onto the glass leaving a plate of real 22k gold. It is durable enough to wipe clean but can be scratched off with enough force. Soaking in alcohol or other solvents can damage the finish. May wear off with regular use. Do not microwave. Same application and risks apply to Mother Of Pearl Luster.
