Dreamscape has an earthy floral flavor. It lends a feeling of relaxation, day dreaminess, and reduced period pain.
I mixed this blend with the intention of providing relief from my endometriosis and creating calm in both body and mind.

Mugwort - lucid dreaming, improve fat digestion, relieve depression and irritability
Damiana - mood enhancing, improve digestion, aphrodisiac
Motherwort - calming, reduce anxiety, reduced heavy menstruation bleeding and pain
St. Johns Wort - mood elevation, emotional balance
Lemon Basil - anti inflammatory
